<h1>Adopt Terms of Service</h1> <p><strong>Ownership</strong></p> <ul> <li>Once purchased, the adopt belongs solely to the buyer.</li> <li>Only the owner may use the character unless ownership is officially transferred.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Credit</strong></p> <ul> <li>The creator/designer must be credited whenever possible.</li> <li>Please mention and credit me as the original designer and creator of the adopt.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Reselling & Transfers</strong></p> <ul> <li>If you wish to resell, trade, or transfer the adopt, a <strong>Merchandise/Transfer Fee of $300 USD</strong> must first be purchased from the creator.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Commercial Use</strong></p> <ul> <li>Commercial usage rights are available for <strong>3× the original adopt price</strong>.</li> <li>Commercial rights must be purchased separately unless otherwise stated.</li> </ul> <p><strong>AI & NFT Policy</strong></p> <ul> <li>Do not use this adopt, its artwork, or design for AI training, AI datasets, or AI-generated content.</li> <li>NFT, blockchain, cryptocurrency, and related uses are strictly prohibited.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Refunds</strong></p> <ul> <li>All sales are final.</li> <li>No refunds, chargebacks, or exchanges.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Design Similarities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Any similarities to existing adoptables, original characters, designs, or intellectual properties are purely coincidental and unintentional.</li> </ul>
