This is a Surprise Me / Skeb commission where you provide a character and a general theme, and i'll surprise you!! You will get : - PNG - Transparent PNG - JPG file. By commissioning the Creator through commissions.gg, the Client agrees to the following terms. This policy governs the relationship between Creator and Client for the specific commission, alongside the commissions.gg Terms of Service. 1. General The Creator will produce the commissioned work according to the specifications agreed in the order. The Client will provide clear, complete instructions and reference material at the start of the project. Significant changes to subject, composition, or deliverables after work has begun are scope changes and may be quoted separately. The Creator may decline any commission at their discretion before payment is accepted. 2. Payment All payments are processed through commissions.gg in the currency listed on the service. Off-platform payment is not permitted and may be reported to commissions.gg. Unless otherwise stated on the service listing, the full amount is due upfront. Where a milestone system is used, the remaining balance is due before the final files are delivered. Payment is considered final once accepted. 3. Refunds Payments are non-refundable, except as described in this section: Guaranteed Delivery Date. Before payment, the Creator and Client agree on a guaranteed delivery date. The Creator is bound to deliver the final files by that date. Deadline Extensions. If the Creator anticipates being unable to meet the guaranteed delivery date, the Creator may request an extension through the commission details modal on their dashboard. The Client will be notified and may accept or reject the request. If the Client accepts, the new agreed date replaces the original as the guaranteed delivery date. If the Client rejects, the original date stands and the Creator remains bound to it. Missed Delivery. If the Creator fails to deliver by the guaranteed delivery date, the Client becomes eligible for a refund. Where work is partially complete, the Creator may offer the Client a partial refund proportional to the work not yet completed. The Client may accept the partial refund or pursue a full refund. Client-Initiated Cancellation. A Client may not unilaterally cancel a paid commission for a refund before the guaranteed delivery date has passed. If the Creator voluntarily agrees to cancel early, any refund amount is at the Creator's discretion based on work already completed. Mediation. If the Creator and Client cannot reach an agreement on a refund or partial refund, either party may escalate the dispute to commissions.gg for mediation. Commissions.gg will review the agreed scope, the work delivered, and communication between the parties, and will issue a final resolution. 4. Confidentiality Any information exchanged in the course of the commission (personal details, references, drafts, written communication, and anything embedded in the deliverables that is not intended for public release) is treated as confidential by both parties. 5. License and ownership The Creator retains full copyright and ownership of the work unless ownership is transferred in writing. On full payment, the Client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal-use license. Personal use means non-commercial display: avatars, personal social profiles, private prints, and similar. Commercial use requires an upgraded license, purchased before the work is used commercially: Digital commercial license: streaming overlays, monetized YouTube thumbnails, paid digital products, advertising, and any other monetized digital use. Fee: +100% of the listing price. Physical commercial license: merchandise, prints, stickers, posters, and any other physical product sold or distributed. Fee: +200% of the listing price. The Client may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell the work outside the granted license. The Creator may display the work in their portfolio, on their commissions.gg profile, and on their social channels unless the Client requested confidentiality in writing before delivery. When the Client posts the work publicly, the Client will credit the Creator with their commissions.gg handle or display name. 6. No AI use The Creator does not use generative AI to produce any part of the work. The Client may not use the work, in whole or in part, as training data for AI models, as input to AI image-generation tools, or to produce derivative AI outputs. This restriction survives delivery. 7. Revisions and scope The Client is entitled to two (2) revision rounds, with feedback consolidated per round. Revisions are adjustments within the original scope. Changes to the subject, composition, or deliverables agreed at order time are scope changes and may be quoted separately. Additional revision rounds beyond the included number may be purchased at the Creator's discretion. 8. Communication, delivery, and turnaround Project communication takes place through commissions.gg's direct messaging system. Communication elsewhere is not binding. The Creator will keep the Client informed of material delays. Where a delivery date is stated on the order and the Creator needs more time, the Creator will request an extension before the date passes. If the Client does not respond to a request for feedback or respond to the final delivery, the system will automatically mark it as approved after 14 days. Final files are delivered in the format(s) stated on the listing. 9. Cancellations By the Client: The Client may cancel the project before payment is made. By the Creator: If the Creator cannot complete the commission, the Creator will issue a refund, either the full amount or a portion proportional to the work not yet completed, at the Creator's discretion. 10. Reference material and conduct The Client confirms they have the right to provide any reference material they send and that it does not infringe a third party's rights. Harassment, abusive conduct, or attempts to coerce off-platform payment are grounds for immediate cancellation without refund and may be reported to commissions.gg. 11. NSFW The Creator only accepts NSFW work where the service listing explicitly says so. Where NSFW is accepted, the Client confirms they are of legal adult age in their jurisdiction.
